Nutrition Services for Medical Practice Offices

If you ever wanted to employ a part-time licensed dietitian, the opportunity is now available. Nutrition services can be scheduled for 4 hour blocks of time weekly, bimonthly, or monthly at your office location. Practices need to provide an unused office or space for the counseling, but the dietitian brings all appropriate forms and counseling tools. If the schedule cannot be filled at the pre-arranged time slot for the dietitian to be there, the practice remains responsible for paying the dietitian. Current practice services do not allow for the reimbursement process, but this service is both a cost effective intervention for your patients and your practice. Your patients will benefit by receiving the correct advice and medical nutrition intervention. You will save time by referring to those with expertise and freeing your schedule for practicing medicine.

Hourly rates to be paid to the dietitian for the scheduled block of time the dietitian is onsite. Hourly rates begin at $125 per hour and documentation is provided for the patient's chart.

No long term contracts required! You may try this service on a trial basis...determine if such services are of benefit to your patients and practice without any long term commitment. We hope this service is useful, but you determine the value.

These services are currently available within a 25 mile radius of Park Ridge, Illinois.

Patients will receive nutritional counseling appropriate for their medical conditions in the comfort of your own office and treatment environment. This environment lends itself to more generalized nutritional counseling.
