Program Philosophy & Testimonials



I can plan the "perfect" diet for a person, but if the person cannot follow it, it is far from perfect. My goal is to work with the whole person in order to optimize the impact of nutritional counseling on health. That includes respecting food preferences, lifestyle, psychological and physical barriers to healthful eating, personal and family medical histories, and working with client goals.

My counseling is supportive and realistic. I give you the tools to achieve an objective, support your endeavors, but you must apply the effort to meet your goals.
